Well today we actually did an informal presentation during 3rd meeting.
After school went to gym with Jon, Jasper and me. Train back and legs today and so coincidentally Dev was at the gym as well. Learn new ways of training from Jon and got to know the gym instructor for RP gym, Fio.
He actually corrected some of my posture when training back. Hes a super nice gym and fit. HAHAHA! Will be back training on Sat.
